Amazing view, kind and welcoming staff. The welcome drink was exactly what was needed once we arrived. Definitely take the extra breakfast and if you get a room with a view, enjoy it on the balcony. Room and bathroom are spatious and clean. The location is perfect. If you arrive by car they organize parking for you. Recommend 100%.

We had a wonderful stay at Prospect Motovun Studio. The apartment was beautiful, cozy, and perfectly located just next to Motovun, with amazing views of the surroundings. The property is overlooking a valley and the hillsides of Oprtalj, making it very scenic. The property is modern, clean and the apartment had a very pleasant smell. All amenities were available and the host was very approachable and responded fast to any inquiries. My stay was magical. The area is very peaceful and there is parking available at the property. If you are looking for a property near Motovun, you are into exploring the many wineries of the area and you wish to try boškarin beef and pasta with Istrian truffles, you are in the right place as it is close to places offering such opportunities. I will definitely return!
