All was very satisfactory. Good value for money and well located for the main attractions. Had a nice stay. Saunas, steam bath and relaxation area was great. Dinner and breakfast was perfect. Awesome hospitality team, very kind and all speak english. Hotel offers discount for the entrance tickets to the Heviz thermal lake.

We are returning to this place time to time and it always exceed our expectations. The castle is gorgeous, the wellness is great, the whole place is very clean, the staff is friendly and the kitchen is serving wonderful dishes. Great experience in every aspect! It was a nice little hotel we used for one night on our trip. What impressed us was the attitude of the receptionist on arrival. He had a professional, friendly approach, and he showed us everything personally - breakfast restaurant, room, air conditioning controls. Everything in the accommodation, having been refurbished by the hotel, is clean, fragrant, pleasant, meticulously cleaned and functional, with recommendations for guests, very comfortable beds, including pillows, and stylish accessories on the walls depicting local attractions - museums. The selection of breakfast food is appropriate to the size of the hotel, hence the number of guests, and the excellent small pastries. We left feeling that we had rested overnight and were well looked after by the friendly staff.

The room and the bathroom were spacious. The available pools were great. The place was not crowded at all which was a huge plus so it felt like we were all alone even though there were a number of people there at the same time. We really enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to go back!
