We stayed for 1 night here. Beautiful quiet place, clean room and very friendly staff. We loved the wooden design around the hotel, nicely done, quite atmospheric. The restaurant also does well and serves very delicious food. Thank you for your service! We definitely would come back.

Excellent stay in Vác. We have good friends in Vác and from time to time we visit them in the summer. This was our second stay in Stafétaház. We booked it because of the first nice impressions (Kökapu in 2021), but it got even better this year. We had the Barokk apartment, which is very spacious and really comfortable for a family of 4. Will definitely book again!

Fantastic view over Vác and the Danube until Budapest. Very well equipped apartment with big, open rooms, air condition, two bathrooms, two balcony’s in a silent region. Perfect for a stay to visit Vác, Esztergom, Visegrád or even Budapest or just to relax. Fast and friendly contact with the owner Kinga and also the neighbors, who support you in each topic. We had an entire house to ourselfs, a very lovely one. We enjoyed our stay. The piano was a nice touch and the no tv thing was a bonus. The kids got used to it really fast. We could spend some quality time together as a family. We couldn't find the board games, but we found out upon departure that we should have asked for it from the owners. We made the payment for our stay via bank transfer to the owner. Vác is a lovely town and the Danube is very close to the proprety. We had a lovely walk to the city centre on the banks of the Danube. It was so beautifull.

The room was spacious enough and with the exeption of the ancient, jerry-built shower was obstacle-free. The view of the far-off range of hills was fortunate. The shrubs were tended(topiary).

    Small and nice city.

    Small and nice city. Sure, one day is completely enough there but you can use this place to explore the area around incl. Esztergom, Visegrad and even a day trip to Budapest by ferry is possible. Enough restaurant options for some days.

    I really stayed here only to go to Visegrad.

    I really stayed here only to go to Visegrad. The places in Visegrad were either booked or too expensive. There was nothing out of the ordinary to see in Vac, so I would skip it the next time. Yes, there was a church, square, etc. These were all lovely. They were far less vibrant than in other towns in Hungary I have been. I did enjoy watching the sunset on the Danube in Vac.
