All Yello hotel staff whom met during our stay were very friendly and pleasant. very impressed with the service, from front desk to housekeeping, especially the staff and security who were on duty at entrance on Saturday afternoon. As it was raining , they offered a ride to Sederhana restaurant within Harbourbay area. Unfortunately, we did not get the name of the staff and security. Thank you for the exceptional services! We will definately be back. ;)

It was very comfortable. Food was great. Most importantly, the staff was so lovely. All were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for. I wish I could name them all, but to name a few: Vanessa, Violina, Jennifer, Adhit, Friska and Rejal.

I love everything about the hotel, from the super friendly staff the breakfast and the amazing clean room.. And also to the Manager in charge Ms Ria, thank you for accomodating to my something nice in the room for my 10th years anniversary. Me and my husband really happy and enjoy our stay. The staffs were super helpful and very friendly throughout our stay. 😊 The location of the hotel was super convenient for us to go wherever we want as it was really in the middle of the Town. ✨ Not forgetting that it was really photogenic at night for us to click some beautiful pictures right in front of the hotel.☺️✨😍
