A place from an age of understated luxury. Old glory—but not faded. It has all the amenities and the quality of service you expect from a five star hotel, but without the excess and vulgarity of some of its newer peers. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet exceeded expectations. Check-in was smooth and available 24 hours, which was helpful since I checked out early in the morning. The room was nice, clean, and neat, with great views. The hotel offers plenty of activities and facilities, though I didn’t get the chance to use them. Definitely recommend!

As I have said in my other reviews of PrimeBiz Surabaya, the staff were exceptional! The care and attitude of the staff was consistent throughout the Hotel. They were friendly and professional. The Hotel don't forget is only a 3 star hotel. Only it was clean and cleaned regularly. I will be staying at PrimeBiz Surabaya when I visit again.
