We had an amazing stay at the Jiwana Villa. It was decorated so nicely, and the garden and pool area was incredible. Plus good AC, fast wifi and clean room. Definitely recommend for people who don't mind staying a bit out of the busy crowd

Very comfortable hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are an excellent size, very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was super delicious. The pool is amazing, it was much appreciated. We had a Balinese massage that took us to paradise. We booked some tours/transfers through the hotel, which went very well, thank you for your patience with all our questions during the booking process. The location is good, a small street away from the main street, with many tasty places to eat, although the hotel also has a very good restaurant.

A very lovely, new, and well-maintained place with owners who truly care for it. The bungalows are tastefully and minimally designed, surrounded by a beautiful garden and a pool. Every morning, we woke up to a rooster crowing right by our door and even started placing bets on what time it would wake us up next, as it was different every morning! :) The staff is incredibly kind, especially Deborah at reception, who went out of her way to help us with any information about the area and ensured our comfort. She even helped us rent a motorbike. One thing to keep in mind is that there aren’t any nearby restaurants, so you’ll need to order food via Grab.

the room was amazing with a huge bed and fantastic bathroom. the roof top pool and restaurant with the friendly staff was wonderful. I had great views from my balcony. There was good aircon in the room. food was outstanding and they accommodated my dietary requirements really well. the staff couldn’t have done more to make me feel welcome and make my stay wonderful

The hotel was beautiful, right on the beach. Many restaurants in walking distance. You can hire a bicycle at the property or hire some surfboards. They have a kid zone where they do so many different activities with the kids for up to two hours daily, so the parents can enjoys themselves for a bit. Great stay for families.

    Great hotel in the middle of some lovely restaurants. Rooms are tired in need of upgrades and painting , but were clean and a very powerful shower. Staff were amazing and a good buffet breakfast with fresh omelette/pancakes. Pool area was relaxing and could do with a few more sunbeds. Didn’t get to the beach but a good shuttle service available. Supermarket and ATM just across the road.

    Nusa dua was too isolated for family fun with young kids . We had divided our stay in Symniak and nusa but nusa was too far for evening life , food and fun activities for kids . We enjoyed Kuta and symniak area far more with lots to do for kids .

    Nusadua is pretty quiet especially after being in Seminyak and Legion. There are alot o resorts right along the coast and they can be super expensive. I stayed in a nice homestay less than 15 mins walk from the beach and right near the Conrad Resort. The beach is great there are ample areas to swim and pretty much every resort allows visitors to use beach chairs and beach bars etc but don't wonder into the resort area itself or you will be told to get out! Plenty of places to eat or drink right along the beach and a large range of water activities on offer as well. Apart from the beach there are some nice bars, restaurants and warungs all within walking distance or short grab ride all offering good food and drink. I can recommend Pitanira restaurant (good food and service with no tax added), Small Warung for great local food and a wonderful family looking after you (cash only but very cheap) and Luck Budha Restaurant if your into watching the sport and a bit cheaper than the other sports bars and with better service. One thing it was impossible to get a grab car to from Nusadua back to Kuta at the end of my stay, so either have a driver arranged and download and use the Bluebird taxi app.

    We spent two nights at the end of our holiday in this area.

    We spent two nights at the end of our holiday in this area. It was not for us. The area is dominated by large resorts and the main activities centre around surfing, or hanging out in a pricey resort/bar, or perhaps viewing artifical tourist sights. Admittedly some resorts are very nice and have nice views but it's not really my style of holiday to spend several hundred dollars to lounge on a sunbed on the coast. There are plenty of higher end places to eat in this area, but I didn't go to Indonesia to eat western food. The Indonesian options feel very samey and were better in other areas with more Indonesian diners. Even Ubud with its hordes of people felt more authentically like Bali than this area does. In all, if you want a resort style holiday or are a wealthy surfer then this is the area for you. If you want to mosey around and get a feel for Bali it is not. For other watersports, it would be better to go north e.g. for diving/snorkelling. Or go to another island altogether.

    Compared to most other tourist areas in Bali Nusa Dua and...

    Compared to most other tourist areas in Bali Nusa Dua and Benoa is a much quieter and layback location if that is what you are looking for. There are lots of nice restaurants within short walking distance to most hotels. It's not a great place for children because I'd say they'd get bored quickly, but then that's a bonus for those for us who like a quiet location.

    Each beach very different,so travelled quite a bit to get to them-lots to see & do away from the beach eg visited the elephant sanctury,released day old turtles on kuta beach.Ubud was a great place to visit-we went to an indonesian dance show at the palace which was amazing,great markets here but be where the traffic here is horrendous!

    I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Bali. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings and a relaxing atmosphere that made my experience unforgettable. The rooms and facilities were excellent, and everything was very well maintained. Another great advantage is its location—it’s just a short walk from Bali Collection, which made shopping and dining so convenient. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and I would definitely recommend the Grand Hyatt Bali to anyone visiting Nusa Dua.

    This was our 2nd stay at the hotel, so we were familiar with the property and booked a room at the Cliff Tower. The hotel provides free shuttle to Bali Collection as per the schedule. The main pool has a waterslide. There was some work on the beach, but it wasn't disturbing. The food was great.Reception staff will provide you with the schedule of daily activities at the resort. Housekeeping team was excellent, please reward them. Overall we like this hotel and hope to stay again.

    This is our 3rd year at Renassaince Nusa Dua, and we keep returning really because the care of the staff is so wonderful and personalised. Having said that, the rooms, pools, restaurants, room service food, drinks, spa, and gym are all exceptional. It is not on the beach (no concern for us), but there is an hourly free bus that goes there and to Bali.Collection
