The new Hyatt Place Makassar is the perfect place to stay while in Makassar. Not only the location is perfect, also the rooms & all the amenities are really nice. Rooms are spacious and spotless clean, very comfortable bed, big bathroom. The restaurant offers delicious meals and breakfast is has a huge selection of all kind and all type of wishes ( international and asian breakfast ). The service and the service staff is excellent. Nice swimming-pool area. Hyatt hotels have never dissapointed us so far.😉 We would always come back!

The location is perfect, everything is very clean and comfortable, good breakfast, great facilities, attentive and helpful staff, low cost for the standard of the hotel. I would like to highlight the attention and affection of the receptionists, especially Miss Zefanya and another girl whose name I forgot. I had an infection in my leg and they gave me all the support to go to the hospital and feel better! thank you girls !! I will be forever grateful !

So welcoming, and staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The room was amazing and huge! We enjoyed the pool and access to the executive lounge with delicious afternoon tea. Breakfast was amazing and meals in the restaurant were good too.
