We are a family of three and spent three wonderful nights at Green Orry Inn, staying in two Superior Bungalows. The bungalows were very clean and cozy – we felt at home right away. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared every morning. A real highlight of our stay were the 2 guided tours with Mr. Orry’s brother, who took us through villages, rice fields, lush landscapes, and even showed us the famous black monkeys. Thanks to him, we gained deep and authentic insights into the local culture and life – truly an unforgettable experience! He is a very special person, kind-hearted, knowledgeable, and incredibly generous with his time, just like everyone we met in Tetebatu – all were exceptionally friendly and warm. We are deeply grateful for the honest and heartfelt hospitality we received. It's something rare and precious these days. The location is amazing right near a national park entrance. The family were so friendly and hospitable and extremely knowledgable about the whole area. Okan was a super guide and Ipul and Intan were amazing with their hospitality. Intan's cooking was extremely good.

Goa Walet Cottage is a hidden gem, offering spotless, well-appointed rooms beside a sparkling pool, all overlooking a breathtaking river valley. What makes this place even more special is that Ozi, the wonderful host, has hand-built the rooms and pool himself—a true labor of love that adds to the resort’s charm and character. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the showers provide reliable hot water, ensuring a comfortable stay. The resort is ideally located just a short motorcycle ride from the nearby waterfalls. Ozi personally took us there in the morning, allowing us to enjoy the serene beauty before the crowds arrived. His wife’s home-cooked traditional Indonesian meals were a highlight, adding warmth and authenticity to our stay. Evenings at Goa Walet Cottage are exceptionally peaceful, with no passing traffic and no disturbance from calls to prayer, making it the perfect place to unwind. When I needed to find an ATM, Ozi even accompanied me to the nearest village—just one example of his kindness and outstanding hospitality. If you're looking for a quiet retreat with a personal touch, Goa Walet Cottage is an unforgettable choice!

I stayed 2 nights at Jonny's location. Jonny's homestay is located right in the middle of the rice fields, with no direct neighbors and is easily accessible from the road via a small path. The room offers a magnificent view of the rice fields and Mount Rinjani, and you'll love taking the time to lose yourself in the landscape from your room's balcony (which includes a table and bench). Jonny is an experienced guide as well as an excellent host, and will be happy to show you around the region, taking you through the rice fields, exploring the nearby waterfalls and the Tetebatu monkey forest and discovering the local culture and crafts in the surrounding villages. A magnificent cultural and human journey. While Jonny's wife (who's also a guide) will serve you Lombok's finest cuisine, Jonny will offer you perfect company, whether you want a little privacy or enjoy chatting with him about anything and everything, singing or playing guitar over a glass of local rice wine. He'll always be happy to make you feel at home, just like his family who live downstairs. As your guide, Jonny can also help you organize the steps before and after your stay with him (tour, activities, driver). My stay with Jonny was the best experience of my trip in Bali+Lombok and I would love to go back.

We found this hide and magical place in tetebatu !! We couldn’t recommend better, the room is perfectly clean and the view is amazing. The host is very thoughtful, when we arrived, he made a tea for us and he suggested a bonfire which was perfect. The breakfast was delicious and the neighbours are lovely. we could rented a motorbike via the Homestay (that I would recommend) It was even better than our expectations !! We had to extend one more night :)) thank you so much

The host Heri, was really friendly and helpfull. We had an amazing experience staying at his place. He also took us with him to show the indepence day of Indonesie at his house. His family was also really open and friendly and i even played soccer with his sons and nephews. The place itself was also really nice of you love nature. Also Heri is a really good chef and made the most delicious meals for us.

Good price-quality accommodation, modest but warm. The host just opened his homestay, and we were warmly welcomed by his family with tea and a local snack. The accommodation is located near a small village, close to waterfalls, and the way there is a real treat driving through the rice fields of Lombok. Perfect location for a budget-friendly traveller who wants a local experience and escape the high-season crowds in Tetebatu.
