Love the serenity and calmness that this place offers. 2nd time here, we went back for the spa.. The spa is amazing and for a fraction of what you would have to pay anywhere else.. If you want to have a relaxing short getaway holiday then this is a place to go to. 1 hr by ferry from Harboutfront and you are away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

I would say, place that you need to go back again as 10/10. People are approachable and facilities are good. Only resort that pool open till 11pm. Will surely go back here again.

Everything is great! The hotel is just above the Harbour Bay, very convenient. Room is spacious, bed and pillows are comfortable. Swimming pool is clean with nice sea view especially during 4-6pm. On top of that, the hotel staff are the best. They very helpful and efficient, especially Kevin who made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable. He was very patient in answering our questions, recommending food in Batam and explaining the culture and religion. He introduced us to the restaurant's chef Dinar, who personally prepared for us a unique Batam local cuisine Ketupat (traditional rice cake), rendang sapi (beef rendang), sambal goreng hati (fried potota with chicken liver), absolutely delicious! Highly recommend! We’ll come back again.

    For Harris Waterfront specifically. Its a distance away from the city area. So you may plan all your activities and shopping in a clustered area so you only have to travel from that place to your hotel.

    I had the best vacation time at Harris Waterfront. There is a convenient shop in the resort, very convenient to get snacks and essentials at the shop when you need it. The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh upon our arrival to our rooms. The beds were so comfy, i slept so well. The rooms were surprising big and it exceeded our expectation. I mentioned that it was my birthday month and the staff surprised me with a delicious birthday cake the next morning during breakfast. Thanks to all the staff for doing a great job👍❤️

    Breakfast was awesome... Location is great. Quiet and peaceful. Good to have a small minimart that sells snacks and drinks. Sultan room was spacious with jacuzzi in the room. The swimming pool is slightly deep. Should have engraved the depth nearby. Spa is the Best!!!! Highly recommend the Bali style massage with Hot Compressed! Anyway they have loads of treatment and massage to offer! Staffs are polite and helpful and speak good English too! This place gives you the BALI vibes!

    The staff were very accommodative and friendly. Also good they had the shuttle service to Grand Batam mall and also pick up and drop off shuttle to the ferry terminal. Breakfast had good variety. Chinese restaurant food was tasty and of good quality overall. Rooms were of very decent size and comfortable for families.
