Worlds best staff. Deny and Ryan are the best guys in the world and welcome you in and take you out for dinner/beer or whatever and invite you in. You can also book a lot of cool Al things through them like mountain hikes and paragliding etc.

I absolutely loved my stay at The ZHM Premiere Padang! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious and clean, with a stunning view of the city. The hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop pool, were a fantastic way to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The location is also perfect, making it easy to explore Padang.

The place is very calm, completed with all needed amenities for offering an awesome stay. It is a rather simple hotel in downtown near the central bazaar. The room walls were dirty, in urgent need of a fresh paint. The bed was comfortable, the AC was working properly, An unbelievably loud mosque next door, except for the 5 daily prayer calls, transmits prayers and Quran reading in Arabic during the day. Earplugs are not enough.

This property is nice and clean, with helpful staff. However, when we entered the room, we found a strand of women’s hair on the bed, which raised some concerns perhaps it was left by the maid, or the sheets hadn’t been changed. Despite this, it’s a good hotel for a stopover.
