Vico and his wife are the best hosts I've had during my 6-month trip! They're great to chat with, always within reach and offering help from bookings to trips even in the next destinations. There's a homey, comfortable social atmosphere, delicious also vegetarian food options (for a good price), and great tour deals. I joined their Mt Batur and waterfall trips, both of which were great. As the place isn't that big, it's also peaceful to sleep.

Oh where do I start? Everything was perfect and exceeding our expectations. The welcoming "ceremony" was memorable and since we booked a suite our checked in was done in a special lounge area for suite guests. This lounge area is perfectly decorated with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We then got upgraded to Premiere Suite which was superb. One thing we noticed from day one is the present of soothing aromatherapy everywhere in the hotel. Could you let me know what aromatherapy is that? Furthermore the choices of food and beverages are diverse and delicious. We do aware that the food price is rather high but this is worth it since the food and drinks are of high quality. Additionally, given the hotel's location and its 5 stars status the price of the food and beverages are not exorbitant. We love the location and environment of the hotel.. It was an unforgettable vacation for both of us and we are looking forward to come back to Plataran Bromo!

Place with an incredible story. Have traveled alot, but have never been in place like this. Room amazing, food amazing, people amazing. Would like to give a special thank to Mr. Wawan. True character of this place. Location is very near Rainbow village and other great places of Malang town. Big enough privat parking place. Trully here is everything you’ll need. And do try food in their restaurant as well. You won’t regret. Not to mention breakfast. Michellin stars should be on their doors.

Absolutely loved my stay at this stunning 5-star hotel in the heart of Malang! 🌟 Despite being a small city, everything you need is just a stone's throw away, and taxi rides are a blast. The staff was incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with a smile, making my stay truly memorable. The room? An absolute gem—spacious and beautifully decorated! Plus, breakfast offered a fantastic variety that catered to all tastes. I even transformed the massive 65-inch TV into a laptop monitor, allowing me to work remotely from the comfort of my bed—it was such a fun experience! It was a pleasure to stay at this place. Very clean room, excellent view of the mountains and city. The pool is long enough. The room was quiet and I did not hear other neighbors. It didn't take long to check in. I visited the gym, it is quite small but still I managed to work out

Excellent room - really comfy and spacious. Had an issue with the neighbours in the room initially and staff were excellent to quickly resolve. Good location on a reasonably quiet street.
