Exceptional property in beautiful rural location, suited our family group perfectly. Spacious; relaxed feel and use of outdoor dining area enhanced the summer feeling; great character and furnished to suit; good wifi; kitchen well equipped and good laundry facilities. Nice wood burner - although we didn’t use it as it was the middle of summer… Recommend suitability of ground floor double bedroom and large bathroom with walk in shower for those who need it…

We were in Berna's Cottage for nearly 2 weeks and from the moment we entered the cottage it felt like home. The Cottage is cosy and perfect in every way. Cathy and Paul are perfect hosts and give you the feeling of a warm welcome when you arrive. The view from breakfast/Diner room is stunning and nice to start your day with.(and ofcourse the rest of the day) Bunclody is a lovely town with all needed for all that visit Berna's Cottage. Margaret was absolutely amazing ... we were greeted with a friendly smile and shown to our rooms, which were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.
