By far the best experience we had in north india with regard to quality of service and hospitality. Taj amer is also recently built, kept very clean and quick to respond to any requirement and request. It was such a great experience that we would like to include a few notable employees who were responsible. Staff who took care of us (By the way thank you again) - Shashtavi (She greeted us at the desk and was excellent) - Chandrakala - Nikita - Iqbal - Kunal

Nice, very clean, they use modern system of communication with guests, very good food, always helpful stuff, I rate 10/10. :) The accommodation is located right in the city center, near all the important sights, everything is within a few minutes by foot. However, you should be aware that you can hear the city noise in the room, it is bearable for a few days. Thank you for a lovely stay. :-)

Trust . I ran into a problem with my credit card . They still allowed me to stay there . They were exceptional and I am truly grateful for the trust they had . I did an eft and it only reflected a few days later but still they took wonderful care of us . Will always stay at the Leela. Special praise for Vrinda , Abhijeet and the amazing Akanksha . This hotel had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were so friendly and really made sure we had a lovely stay. the rooms were nicely appointed and had space to relax after a day of sightseeing. the staff were kind enough to help us with taxi transfers to/from the train station as well. definitely recommend Dera Rawatsar as your base in Jaipur.

Moved to this hotel for our last night in Jaipur. Wished we had stayed here for the three nights. Beautiful property with the most beautiful staff. Everything was superb, including the room and meals. Will stay here on our next visit. Took up the recommendation for the Ayurvedic Massage and was not disappointed - prefect treat before travelling to our next destination. Many thanks.
