A special mention to Kunal Parui, a young and dedicated restaurant staff member, who took exceptional care of us. His sincerity and warmth made our stay even more special. He not only attended to all our needs but also shared fascinating stories about the history of the Rajbari, adding to the experience. The room was superb, very clean and great having the ac. The staff and manager Amir went above and beyond. We felt very looked after . Amir was attentive and helpful. The food was superb, best mushroom curry I’ve had. The gardens are beautiful, very tropical. We were shown around by the lively people looking after the gardens. I would absolutely recommend this retreat if you want to escape the busyness of India. Perfect in every way. The staff make it so.

I had a pleasant 3-day stay with my family at this hotel in Kolkata. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent right near the taxi stand which made getting around very convenient. Everything about our stay was smooth and comfortable. I wish I had time to take some photos, but we were too busy. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in this area.
