Located at the Forum Mall , extremely convenient for shopping and entertainment. The Mall has a wonderful variety of branded and non branded stores including a Lulu supermarket. Prices are very keen as is the selection of retail stores and goods at great quality, great prices . Situated across the banks of the Backwaters, most beautiful views from the rooms . Restaurants are excellent value for money - as is in room dining , flavorful food and menu options . The Property is Beautifully designed with minute attention to artistic as well as functional detail in the rooms - what a pleasure to the eye !!!- and extremely comfortably outfitted , spacious bedrooms with balconies that have the option of protective shade blinds as well as mosquito netting ! Best of all are staff , pleasant, willing and eager to make ur stay a pleasant one, always listening, always willing to go the extra mile . Thank you for a wonderful stay of 3 nights ...wish we had more time to spend at this property.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel in an old Fort Cochin house. Beautifully presented. We were warmly welcomed and the staff were wonderful. The room was immaculate, tastefully furnished, exotic petals on the bed linen, beautiful local wood furniture, big walk-in shower. Everything is very carefully curated. Breakfast was excellent and the one meal we ate in the hotel was superb. An enjoyable early morning walking tour was organised for us which was fascinating. Overall, Forte Kochi hotel was a highlight of our visit to Kerala.

The building is beautiful, tastefully decorated and the gardens offer a perfect oasis in the tropical heat. The staff are warm, friendly and personable on all levels, helping with all your needs. Everything was perfect. Special mention to the staff who shows genuine attention to the guests is always professional. The whole property is beautiful, with top amenities and the location is prime, few meters away from the St Francis Church and the Sea front. We will certainly come back.
