I booked for 2 days ended up staying for a week 😄 I love this place so much! It literally felt like home. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. I had my best night sleep here and I have been in India for 2 months. The owner Jugal is soooooooo lovely we chatted a lot he used to visit Japan a lot and Jeetu was sooo helpful he made me coffee every morning 🥹 One evening I had a little bit of a sore throat so he made me a ginger tea. Any issues I had they helped straight away. I love this place so much and I cannot recommend enough!

Staff are very friendly and helpfull , even Mr.Chalee make us village tour which was grate experience. Khajuraho is small town with rich culture temples and nature. This hotel was love on first sight ❤️. So clean it wasn't in any facility in our nearly 3 months stay in India (also in much more expensive hotels than this one). We already learned we can't expect our standard here, but this blowned my mind. Staff was friendly, nice and helpful with everything. I asked them myself because they wouldn't bother me (which i personally like much more), gave me great tips and helped with temple and train tickets. We originally planed to stay only for 2 nights but we prolonged it because we simply loved it there. Hotel serves tasty also "western style" breakfast. Strongly recommend!

A must place to visit because of the importance of the heritage it has. The beautiful temples with erotic carvings scattered here and there makes one wonder whether the society at that point of time were so open? Panna Tiger Reserve, Canyons are very good attractions. To enjoy the canyon, one has to choose the rainy season, to enjoy the falls as well as the rocks. Summer or advent of summer will be difficult to enjoy Khajuraho. But during rainy season it would be difficult to sight tiger in Panna. To have a relaxed visit, 3 days would be ideal. Note that the air strip is closed during some part of the year, probably summer. Vande Bharat train which goes from Delhi, would be an ideal choice.

A must visit location.

A must visit location. The temples, the Raneh falls and the Aadivart Folk and Tribal museum are not to be missed. Also the sound and light show in the evening. Would recommend a 2 night stay in town to do justice to the place.

Beautiful temples with intricate sculpture and marvellous work.Visit to Raney Falls is a must. Must visit Panna Tiger reserve if you are at Khajurao.The local people are very polite and innocent feel their affection by talking to them. Badri Seth restaurant Lalaji ki Rasoi And Kolkata Bengali cuisine at Dada Boudi's restaurant was great.

Khajuraho has a rich culture. There are many temples to visit. It is a very easy place to go around with scooter. The countryside is beautiful and there are a few interesting sites to visit close by. The cultural museum is amazing.

Prashant was very helpful from day one. One of the best location, exactly opposite the lake, we went in the month of March end, but still the climate was cool. very information and helpful, whatever guidance you need or even if you want a Rickshaw he is always there to help you. I also hired a scooty with help of Prashant, so altogether I will highly recommend Hotel Lakeside. Wish to travel once again in the month of August for the Raneh waterfall, Also walkable distance to the western Khajuraho temple.. thank you Prashant.

Great place to stay in Khajuraho! The owner, Veda, is super friendly and made us feel right at home. He welcomed us with chai and arranged a tuk-tuk tour to visit the temples a bit farther away, which we really enjoyed. The guesthouse is about a 15-minute walk from the center, in a very quiet area. We loved it!
