Excellent property located at prime location with stunning views of nigeen lake. Surrounded by mountains theres a park behind the houseboat where you can enjoy morning and evening walk. The staff is helpful and humble. You can enjoy sunset shiakra rides from the houseboat.

I had a very great experience at this hotel cum villa. The rooms were maintained and clean. we sat at the balcony and enjoyed the View of Dal Lake I would recommend this hotel based on my experience.

I'm so glad I chose this home stay for my trip in Srinagar. It was such a lovely stay. I had a wonderful experience staying at Homestay Al Mubeen. The place felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. A special mention goes to the lady caretaker who was incredibly kind and cooked absolutely delicious food. Her Goshtaba was a highlight—flavorful and authentic! I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a peaceful and homely experience. I’m already looking forward to coming back again!
