The place needs a lot of work..the NE 4 highway has opened hence a lot of crowd is pouring in at sawai madhopar however the hotels are in between villages and from the road to the resort nothing is done up well. Fateh's cafe and area around are just a few places one can hang out in. The visit to the fort etc should all be handled better by the locals and police, though people were warm it's all a bit not so clean and not so tourist friendly.Guest review byRupaIndia - 2.0

They dont have staff for service. The property is not at all maintained. Overpriced . People shouting and dancing till 1 am but no staff is bothered to stop the nuisance. Worst customer experience. You order food and it comes after 1.30 hrs. Asked to clean the roo., called reception at 10 am and despite reminders they came to clean the room at 2 pm. Unlimited mosquitoes and they dont are not even bothered to keep a goodnight in the room and i went out and got it.Guest review byShashiIndia - 8.0

Our primary purpose was to see the Ranthambore National Park. It is just a totally enchanting national park, with changing terrains, landscapes and views, with a couple of lakes thrown in. However, the RNP is divided into ten zones to accommodate more tourists - in my opinion the zones are simply too small and the roads too few. A very old city nestled in the reserve forest, which houses several royal Bengal tigers. However, tiger sighting depends largely on your luck, safari canters & gypsies need to be pre-booked for forest areas, plenty of deers, boars & monkeys, birds to see. Forest area is very calm & quiet, if you could ignore the revving engine sounds, plenty of checkpoints, officers available to guide you. Sawai madhopur otherwise is a small town, doesn't offer a lot of activities except the safari, which is the reason why the city has tourism. Fulfills its purpose.Guest review byRohiniNIndia - 8.0

People travel to Sawai Madhopur to go on tiger safaris. Not me. For me, it's very important to know that the tigers are there and that they're well cared for but I don't need a tiger picture on my IG feed. Sawai Madhopur itself is not a nice town but I find the surrounding landscapes to be quite lovely. I like hiking in the area. There's a lot of exploring to do within the walls of Rathambore Fort and, a more ambitious and somewhat strenuous four-hour hike to Soleshwar Mahadev Temple within the park.Guest review byJohnUnited States - 10.0

Anshuman and his father had all our needs covered. The hotel is clean and comfy. Everything is fair and best of all they arranged all Safaris for us. We had everything organised for us from the UK so it was super easy. They really tried to get us on the best rides and we ended up seeing Tiger and sloth bear in Zone 8. We were extremely lucky and saw 8 tigers in total over two safaris in zones 1 and 2. We booked last minute for a safari and we’re in a canter. Which with hindsight was probably a better choice. The hotel food was really good, and all staff were excellent. Thank to all of the team at “The Earth” for making some amazing memories.
