We like everything about property right from entry to exit..the staff is very cooperative all r happy faces..front desk Aarif Bhat,Shakir Hussain,Danish fayaz,security-Aasiq,S waheed-Ip..food was awesome Gawhar restaurant executive has guided us very well for food items ..chefs manish n wassem has very amazing taste of food..hotel is very clean n neat..toilets were hygienic n clean bed we very comfy..overall our stay was best had best time and lovely memories 😇

A very friendly welcome to a well run hostel. Room was clean, beds and bedding super comfy with nice duvets, properly fitting good quality sheets and even electric heated blankets. Electric blow heater was welcome too. Shower surprisingly good, water hot and clean bathroom. Dinner in the first floor room with views towards Sonamarg and the mountains was delicious and ample - topped off with a very good Kashmiri tea. Location is excellent, right next to the river. I can't compare the property to other locations in Sonamarg but having seen the town I would stay at Mitra Hostel regardless of my budget.

The staff was very good and helpful and the manager was very courteous, hospitable and accommodating to our requests. The property is brand new in top notch condition. Manager helped us in arranging reliable cab from Srinagar airport itself, and we ended up using the cab the entire time during our 4-day trip on Kashmir. Manager provided us with very good recommendations of things to do in and around Sonmarg and in rest of the trip as well. We would recommend Arco to all our friends and family. Food was amazing and we received absolute royal treatment from the team.

    Awesome place where everyone can fall in love with nature,...

    Awesome place where everyone can fall in love with nature, mountains, snow and water. It's an assorted place. I Recommend other travellers to visit the Zero Point, Ghumri War Memorial. The must visit place in Sonamarg is Tajiwas Glacier and the lakes there surrounded by mountains where my recommendation is to Trek on your own with your partner / friends / family members. It gives you a best feel.
