Food was fantastic, both breakfast and dinner. They offered food which was not mainstream as you can get it anywhere else. Staff was very friendly and helpful, gave a lot of tips for our travel, not only in Agra but also for other cities. The hotel was very cosy and clean. We could not wish for a better place to start our holidays in India.

It has been a fantastic experience in Trident Agra. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. They helped with all that was needed (transport, tour guides, activities and other services) They make you feel as a Bollywood star. The hotel was fantastic—especially the food and the massage. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to enjoy the swimming pool so next time we would love to spend a couple of days more to have a complete experience.

The staff and managers were amazing, after Booking.com did not send through my request and the hotel did not know about any, they just jumped in and make up for it, and made our stay very special. the management and staff made our stay great; it was our wedding anniversary and wanted it special and it was just that.
