The hotel is located on a very quiet street and has a great location with a park right behind it. The air conditioning is silent, the room is spacious, and the bedding is clean. The staff is extremely attentive and did everything they could to make my stay pleasant. The hotel owner, Mr. Ramesh, is an excellent host — thank you especially for the tea! Highly recommended! 🌟

Oh WOW. From the entrance and such details, concept, overall design, lovely common area, books, food, all the crafts, tour, and room facilities including shampoo and body soaps, staffs (professional yet approachable) till check-out moment, I had a great time! I did not really know the surrounding of the hotel till I reach there but found that it's easy to travel to anywhere by uber. You can even walk to/from Taj Mahal on the Taj road if you are willing to do a small excersize. People travel here as couple/family but I would also recommend solo travellers to stay here, not only visiting Taj Mahal/Agra fort etc but spend do-nothing yet reading days staying here!

The hotel's service was exceptional. We could only use 3 of the 5 booked rooms due to some of us missing our flight connections, but the rooms were upgraded to executive suites for free. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the hotel, Anil ji provided us with exceptional service, catering to each and every request of ours and even tending to our suitcases as we ate lunch at the hotel with the rest of the group (total of 11 people) when they arrived a day later. He even offered to check in to the 2 spare rooms early morning, use the rooms to freshen up and then check out. Although we did not use this option, as the rest of the group arrived late, tired and hungry, we were still very happy with the option being offered to us. The food was great, we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel, which all three were buffets with plenty of options, be it continental, Indian, or fusion, there is something for everyone. I did not use the swimming pool myself, but according to my family that was also nice.

The room was spacious and neat. Water from the shower was hot. Beautiful environment. Narendra and our diver Pradeep were excellent. The planning and organization was executed well from the hotel. The driver was pleasant and took us throughout our journey.
