A lovely modern guesthouse in a beautiful location with great views. The accommodation is modern, clean and cool. Staff var very friendly and helpful and the food (we had dinner) was very good. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this gem of a boutique hotel. Was our favorite actually. Cosy, quaint, great breakfast. Staff were very helpful, especially Chris.

We had to book last minute due to weather conditions and we were very warmly welcomed. The guesthouse is very clean and quiet, the room was warm, the shower had amazing water pressure. The kitchen was quite spacious with enough appliances to prepare a breakfast. The location was great to explore Stykkisholmus and the peninsula.

Every part of the accommodation is very clean, and the facilities and amenities are well-provided. The common areas have various jams and beverages for self-service, and there are even toys for children to play with. We also really like the owner's decorations.

Located 6 km from Stykkishólmur, Helgafell provides a garden and free WiFi. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a private bathroom.

We loved everything about it. The location is out of this world beautiful, three cottages in the shore of a lake. Beautiful, secluded, super clean, amazing views. I wish we stayed longer (we only had 1 night, a family of three).
