The castle grounds and facility were beautiful, as was the view. The rooms were huge and castle decor incorporated original antiques which added to the authenticity of the castle experience. The staff were genuinely friendly as well as incredibly helpful and attentive. The restaurant was excellent. All in all a wonderful experience and I will definitely go back for subsequent visits.

The meals were outstanding, along with the service. The room was quite spaceous, offering a seating area. The bed and linens were beyond comfortable. Over all, this property was perfection.     Eppan is a great smaller area outside of Bozen. We enjoyed being close to both the city and nature. There was a local market on Tuesday, and the bakeries and restaurants in town were all delicious and staffed with friendly employees. A cool little spot for a trip!

    Great breakfast buffet, fantastic dinner set menu for €35! Lovely staff. Beautiful mountain view from my balcony. Much quieter and cheaper location compared to Bolzano. Bus stop is 15min walk (direct to Bolzano, also to Lago di Caldaro). Online option to opt out of daily cleaning with a €5 deduction per day from your final bill. This hotel has implemented many environmentally friendly and covid safe options.
