Amazing design, nice pieces of furniture, lamps, wood flooring, slippers The breakfast is high high class- the coffee, the dishes, the setup, the service We had an amazing terace, facing the sea. The swimming pool is very practical and pleasent, the view, exquisite, the sunset admiring point is top notch. Parking in front of hotel is another big plus. The partnering beach is very convenient. The spa facilities are nicely planned and executed.

I can only say positive things about our stay! The gentlemen at reception were exceptionally kind and helpful – they were already waiting for us, even though I booked the accommodation just half an hour before our arrival. The location is fantastic, and our spacious room had a lovely view of a small river. Everything worked perfectly, and we were able to park our car safely on-site. The entire place was spotless and tastefully decorated, and it’s conveniently close to the motorway. The surrounding area is beautiful, with Lidl and Spar just a few meters away. Unfortunately, we couldn’t try the breakfast as we had to leave very early, but it’s great to know that they can provide special gluten-free meals on request. The Chichibo restaurant recommended by the receptionist was also superb, serving delicious gluten-free options. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to everyone – we will definitely be staying here again!

An extremely beautiful accommodation located on a quiet street. The house is large, newly renovated, with 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and very spacious terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you might need, all new, and plenty of cookware and tableware. The bathroom has a hairdryer and a washing machine. There are two air conditioner units that ensure a very cool temperature for the entire house. Andrea is a very kind host, always available to answer our questions and requests. He waited for us late at night with juices and cold water, and with everything needed for the next day's breakfast. I highly recommend Casa Palma.

Aquileia is a perfect stop for about 4 hours in total - the museum is very good (a stunning collection of Roman gems and Roman glass along with a well lit and displayed store room for the thousands of other mainly Roman objects found in and around the town)l plus the basilica's roman mosaic floor is exceptional. Around the town there are plenty of further excavated and partially excavated roman sites which you can walk to.

for us it was like a central point to visit some more places around. Grado is a small nice city. the beaches on the left are more for young children. and on the right side, better for adults. also, Venezia was close by, so visited as well.

A cosy hotel in the historic center of Aquileia. We enjoyed its atmosphere! The comfort of the beds exceeded our expectations. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was good but also typical for local standards: don’t expect to have some vegetables or omelette. There was a fair choice of cheese, sausage, boiled eggs, bread of different kinds, butter, marmalades, croissants, fruits, yogurts. As for the drinks, coffee, tea, juice and water were available.

A spotless, comfortable and well equipped house. Well situated just a few hundred yards from the Roman forum and the Basilica of Aquileia with its marvelous mosaics. We stayed as a couple but the house would suit a family and self catering would be easy - a local supermarket is close by. For families the beaches are a short bus ride or drive away but the main attractions for us were the archaeological treasures in this small town. A unique place.

In a beautiful place like Aquileia, this Domus really fits well. It's great for budget traveling, has everything you need (and more) and some of the most welcoming hosts there are. It's the community here, not the place, that makes is to amazing. Free parking nearby, a local Roman church and lots of archeological cites. For travelers, not tourists.

We stayed just for one night so we didn't have time to use the spa, but the apatment is beautiful, clean and has everything you need. The hostess Monica was very helpful and patient with us. The apartment is just a very short walk from the beautiful centre of Aquileia and Foro Romano.
