Badesi is a small village with beautiful views and everything you need within a few hundred meters. It has a wonderful local atmosphere with very friendly people, a great café serving excellent croissants, and there’s always something going on. We had a wonderful holiday.
We had a wonderful holiday. It was a pleasure to stay at Il Borgo di Badesi. It's worth knowing that washing up liquid, soap, bin bags etc are not provided, but JM supermarket is 3 minutes walk away, so it's not a problem. The supermarket is well-stocked and cheap, a bit like Lidl or Aldi. Badesi beach was quite windy, but Badesi is in easy reach of Santa Teresa Gallura and Castelsardo. We also had an amazing trip to one of the Costa Smeralda beaches. And of course the resort has 3 lovely pools. We stayed as a group of 12 and had the entire villa to ourselves. Watching sunsets from the terrace with pasta and local wine was pure bliss. It was a perfect base to explore northern Sardinia with our rented cars. The villa, although aged, was clean and thankfully free of the bad smells.
