Buffet style breakfast was really good with lots of varieties to choose from. Yoghourts, cheeses, cold meats, cereals, White and brown bread. Lots of fruits available. Coffee, teas and juices all available. Hotel is centrally located in the town with many restaurants, bistros, coffee bars nearby. We visited five/six during our weekend stay, and we will come again sometime in the future.

Exceptional Experience! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This hotel exceeded all my expectations and provided a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. Accommodation: The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The modern amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar, added to the overall comfort. The view from the room was breathtaking. Service: The staff at Hotel truly made my stay memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive housekeeping and concierge services, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Special thanks to the front desk team and owner for their helpful recommendations and quick responses to any inquiries I had. Dining: The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious choices, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and made-to-order omelets. I also dined at the hotel's fine dining restaurant, and the cuisine was exquisite, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The service in the restaurant was impeccable, and the ambiance was perfect. Facilities: TheHotel boasts top-notch facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a serene spa, and a stunning rooftop pool. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the pool, where I could unwind while enjoying the spectacular views. The spa treatments were rejuvenating, and the therapists were professional and skilled. Location: The hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to major attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation. I found it convenient to explore the city and return to the comfort of the hotel after a day of sightseeing. Recommendation: I highly recommend The Hotel to anyone seeking a memorable stay.

I really enjoyed the comfort of the room, which was clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center. Also, the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.

The location was lovely, and the terrace was beautiful. The host was also very kind and accommodating. The apartment was clean, and the facilities were well maintained. The apartment exceeded my expectations. This is the perfect place for a relaxing weekend, and parking is available. Highly recommend! I will return.

Very nice, renovated apartment located just outside of the old, historic centre of Rieti, a stone's throw from the Museo Civico, and quite near to the Velino River. Best for a couple or a couple with one or two small children who will sleep together on the pull-out sofa-bed. The apartment is very comfortable with lots of seating, a great kitchen, and it is easy to keep cool on a hot day.

Beautiful, clean, spacious accommodation right in the heart of Rieti. Great location and easy to locate. The house was a cosy, located close to the heart of the evening activities. A party of 4 could stay here comfortably as there are separate places for TV and sofa, and even a kitchen. Every room is adequately heated. The bed was comfortable and I had a nice warm blanket. The water heats up quickly - so important on a cold night. The area comes alive especially at night, with restaurants and cafes. Carrefour is close by as well. Tatiana, my hostess, took very good care of me throughout my stay. I arrived early but did not have to wait long to be checked in as her husband came to check me in. That night was cold and when I asked for help to raise the temperature in the house, she arrived quickly to reset the temperature with her husband's help. From arrival, Tatiana sent me various suggestions of places to eat, snacks, desserts, and helped to connect me with people for various activities, and gave me advice on transportation. When she heard I wanted to visit a sanctuary that was not easily accessible, she took me there the next day and even helped me with the translation during the tour. In short, she treated me like a friend from out of town rather than a guest at her B&B. When we caught up in Rome a few days later, she continued to show me around. She and her warm family members (I met her husband and son) will remain one of my best memories of Italy.
