The lake view from our window was absolutely stunning! The location is perfect — very central but still quiet. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the ferry port, making it super convenient to explore Lake Garda. There are many restaurants around, and the hotel’s own restaurant is also excellent. Parking at the hotel is easy, while the public parking nearby often has queues. The front desk staff were very helpful — they even mailed back an item our children forgot. This hotel truly made our Lake Garda trip even better!

Very nice and clean hotel. The pool and outdoor-sauna were amazing. The restaurant offered a delicious breakfast and dinner with a high quality menu, especially for kids. The staff was professional, very friendly and helpful. My kids (5 and 7) loved the kids-club very much and my husband and I enjoyed having lunch while our kids had a great time in the kids club.

The location is really nice, it is close to the city center and directly connected with the old town. It is a great option if you want to stay in Riva and if you book it few months before, at a cheaper price. Breakfast is all right, coffee is great. We stayed for a week. It is good for long period of time. You have a pool. You have lots of restaurants around (Go to Bella Napoli, it is amazing). It is close to elevator for Bastione and Garda trek. You can rent bikes and go around the lake.

Everything was great, especially Giulia and Francesca at reception, who were so lovely and provided excellent advice and help. Breakfast was plentiful, and dinner at Ristorante Kapuziner was authentic and delicious. All highly recommended. Grazie mille!
