I have to say that this is one of the best places that I have stayed in despite having stayed various accommodations and locations. Although its location is quite isolated , there was something about the comfort, ambiance and peace this place and area gave us. It’s definitely a home away from home. The rooms and facilities are very clean and the lady that maintains the B&B is super lovely, despite me not being able to speak Italian. The host Roberto and all the staff in the osteria were wonderful and took hospitality to another level, they definitely took the extra mile in the service they provided. The authenticity of the food served in the osteria was simply amazing and delicious. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return. This place will definitely recharge you especially after a busy working week. I highly recommend booking this place and dining in the osteria too.

I was waiting to write this feedback, after my stay in this place. One thing, which makes it special, is that I became first guest of this hotel. Patrizia (the owner of the place), great me personally and showed all the facilities. I really liked the place. It is not an usual type of B&B, but rather family style, very comfortable and nice. It mixes old style of Italian houses (with high sealing, and traditional old ceiling beams with quite modern Indonesian design doors and bathroom facilities. The bed under the canopy is marvelous (gives you feeling of protection and security). The bed, in general, is very comfortable. There is a common are for 3 rooms, with kitchen, big table and other facilities, which makes it a nice place for some evening discussions, table games, etc. I am not describing facilities itself simply because it has everything needed, starting from needed quantities of towels ending up with cups, tea pots, etc. I will definitely be back to this place if I will be in this area. Very much appreciated my state and would recommend this place for everyone who plans to be in that area. By the way, it is quote close to Mantova (about 30 minutes drive), so could be good place to spent a night or two :) Enjoy the state. Thank you Patrizia!

It was absolutely wonderful. Laura and Massimo are the kindest hosts of a truly beautiful Tuscan home. I was the only guest, and I felt not just at home — but like I was living in a dream. My room had everything I could possibly wish for: a private bathroom, a charming balcony with a stone vase, complete silence, a comfortable mattress, and top-quality linens. Every detail was carefully and lovingly thought out. And the breakfast… completely blew me away. Served in an elegant living room with soft background music, Laura prepared a meal that felt like it belonged in a Michelin-starred restaurant. Massimo brought the most delicious cappuccino. I truly felt like royalty. When I was leaving, Laura refused to accept a tip. Her words — “I do this from heart to heart” — moved me to tears. I myself have been hosting guests for many years, and I know how it usually goes. But here, for the first time, I experienced something deeply touching, something truly human. This was more than hospitality — it was a genuine opening of the heart. I’m endlessly grateful to Laura for this experience. She not only gave me a magical stay in Tuscany, but reminded me of the beauty of doing things with love. Thank you for this lesson. 🌿
