Host Paolo’s excellent customer service. he was very kind and generous to us. He introduced excellent bistro and restaurant. He kindly helped to carry our luggages to the parking lot. I am very sure that this hotel is the most comfortable in my journey. I would like to go this hotel again soon. Very nice location and property, you can see attention to details, restaurant serves amazing local food. Possibility to charge electric car. Breakfast was amazing even though we were almost the only guests. Unfortunately we could not experience the swimming pool, as it was closed.

Villa di Piazzano is a true gem in the Tuscan countryside. Everything about our stay was exceptional - from the peaceful setting and stunning grounds to the delicious, varied breakfast and the warm, attentive staff. The atmosphere exudes luxury and relaxation, with a beautiful pool perfect for escaping the summer heat. A special touch was the owner personally greeting us, showing us his vintage Alfa Romeo, and saying goodbye at check-out.

It was clean they thought of everything in the room the food was great and staff were friendly bed comfortable shower had pressure bathroom was beautiful, we only stayed one night as we were passing through no shops where the hotel was but the village was a close drive , it had a pool area it was simply lovely definitely recommend it

I liked the room, spacious, nice, comfortable. Bathroom was nice too. Bed very nice. I got to change the room and got one other room with view over the lake, it was fantastic. I enjoyed there. Breakfast was good, variable, eggs, different salami and cheese, bread also, really good breakfast. Wifi was good also. The pool was small but it was nice to stay there a little and take a bath because it was not possible to take a bath in the lake due bad water. Only on some places around the lake was possible to swim, but anyway one local said to me to not take a bath there, if I want not to be sick. Pity, it would be nice but, the pool was OK.
