    Genuine Tuscany experience in a villa dated from 1680!Many rooms and places to explore.The village of Buti is very friendly with good cafe and trattoria just outside the door.Gino is the man to ask for the history of the place and a very friendly guy.Keep in mind that the house is not the average,modern appartment.Parking is free and is just a few steps away in a local parking space for all in the area.No supermarket,plan ahead for that.Garibaldi cafe has delicius breakfast.Recommended!

    Kris and Wyslane, fantastic hosts. We would all like to return, Buti is 25-30 mins from Pisa Airport or city by car, and similar to Lucca, Buti was friendly with many places to eat and drink. The apartment has 3 A/c pumps and a terrace to sit and socialise, we found a coffee shop with bakery less than 100m away, so friendly, full of great treats and food, coffee was good and very good prices too... The whole visit was perfect 👌

    It is a small property in the heart of Buti, walking distance from the main square and just next to a nice bakery. During my stay, cleaning was done on a daily base, and the host would arrange breakfast on the terrace with pastries freshly baked by her husband. Rooms are well equipped with AC and mosquito nets and very quiet at night. Very recommended as a base for exploring the Tuscan surroundings!

    Location was unbelievable, view over the town of Buti was something we will never forget. Communication with owner and host was super easy via WhatsApp. Villa super clean and the grounds immaculate too. We have stayed in many villas but not one has had as many seating areas dotted around to enjoy. The views from the hot tub were incredible and the boys enjoyed the pool.

    Our host Alessandra was super friendly and helpful. The accommodation was spacious, super clean and located in a very peaceful spot next to a small river in the mountain woods. The breakfast was wonderful with home made cake and regional products. Located close to Pisa and Lucca. Many good restaurants in the village close by.
