Silvia is a fantastic host, our plane was delayed for 2 hours and we arrived late at night. She waited for us with a nice cake, the fridge was furnished with some treats and she made us feel like home immediately. The bed is very confortable(even the extensible couch) and the linens are of top quality. Everything is absolutely spotless clean and nothing you may need is missing. Even bathrobes are available. I have stayed in many places arround the world and I never stayed in a place so well cared for.

We had a truly amazing stay at this family owned establishment. It's great to see that the Gritti family runs it so well. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The room chosen was not super big but it was very clean with a great bed and the room comprised of all necessities. It had a cute little balcony to chill. The bathroom was nice and the shower quite big. We ate at the local pizzeria (also owned and run by the family). We were lucky enough to have experienced the special night where they closed off the street and had set up tables in the middle of the road. The pizza was amazing and the accompanied live music made it even more memorable. The next night we ate at the restaurant in the resort and enjoyed it a lot. We received complimentary starters, had a great pasta course (the raviolli was to die for) before we enjoyed our main courses. The local wine went with it very well. However, the view over the entire valley was the main star of the evening. We also enjoyed a full day of relaxation in the spa/wellness which has everything you need to thoroughly rest and relax. We would recommend this hotel/resort very highly to everyone looking for some authentic Italian food, service and relaxation. I'm sure we will come back at one point!

Even arriving late at night from the airport, someone was there to greet us and personally escort us to our room. They specially provided hot water for our room. The next day, when our car had issues, they enthusiastically helped us communicate with the repair company. A very nice hotel in a good location - close to the QC Terme. Kind and helpful staff. Excellently clean room and perfectly ironed bed linen. Good breakfast, there is a also patisserie where various delicacies are offered and a restaurant (open in the evening too), i received the menus even before arriving at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, especially to those who understand and appreciate tradition, good design and the spirit of the place!
