The villa is about 10 minutes away from the highway. We parked in the private spot within the property. The place is in perfect location, within walking distance to the beach and has an amazing pool. The host was very nice, allowed us to arrive earilied, handed over the keys and recommended us restaurants, shops and trips around the nearby areas. There's a bakery nearby where fresh pastry & coffee is available every morning, you can even get sandwiches. Across the street, there's another deli as well... A supermarket is about 100m away. The room was OK, beds were comfortable, kitchen has all equipment necessary for cooking. The outside terrace is designed in such a way, that we were not disturbed by outher guests. Overall, we had a very nice stay at this villa.

    A lot quieter than the main tourist places of Sicily. Easy place to navigate and walk around. Wide beach but pebbles rather than sand. Great places to eat. Feels very safe. Great holiday location, will come back!!

    We went during low season (May 18-25) and I'm sure this makes a big difference. The beach was filthy. I sure hope that the city cleans the beach before their high season starts. I would make sure of that before booking. Beach is very rocky. Don't forget water shoes. Capo d'Orlando is a small village. Not much to do or variety for food. If you like pizza, you're ok. If you like pasta, make sure to make reservations because those restaurants are busy. 2 days is more than enough in Capo d'Orlando. If you want a nice beach, go to Cefalu.

    Beautiful, quiet little seaside town with not too many...

    Beautiful, quiet little seaside town with not too many tourists. Lots of places to eat and plenty of shops. I wish I stayed longer. We will definitely come back again next time. It was a very walkable town.

    Great place to stay with unbelievable spectacular sea views. Pool right next the sea. Apartment complex very clean and well cared for. Walking distance to the marina where there are bars, restaurants and supermarket. Capo d’orlando is a 5 to 10 minute drive from the Villa Anita and is a busy seaside town with bars and restaurants and busy beaches. However there is a quiet beach next to the marina walking distance from Villa Anita. We stayed at Villa Anita from 23 to 30 August and mostly had the pool to ourselves, it was fabulous. Would highly recommend. There is also free parking. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We mainly ate at the marina but also ate at Capo d’orlando on a couple of occasions.

    It is in a good location, have a good restaurant with delicious food also have a bar open all day. The staff was very friendly they greeted us with sorbet on our arrival in this extremely hot days. If you are with your own car you will easily find parking opposite of the hotel. It have a good breakfast, wr really enjoyed our stay .

    I have stayed at The Seaside Hotel before, so I already knew that it's a nice hotel. It's new, the staff are always helpful and the omelettes at breakfast are fantastic.
