The renovation of the building and the design are first class, and the service matches - relaxed and friendly without being intrusive. The location is very central. I ate in both restaurants - both were great. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay in Florence. The staff impressed us with their service. A warm thank you to the receptionist Cosmin, who showed and told us everything we should see. The rooms were clean, breakfast was simple but tasty. The biggest surprise was the happy hour where they serve you wine and prosecco for free :) Many thanks!

The staff were exceptional, and offered to arrange tours and gave local recommendations. It is only a 15-20 minute walk from the city centre. There were excellent restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. The room was comfy and air conditioned. The complimentary morning breakfast helped us start our day with lots of energy. We would stay there again in the future and encourage there travellers to stay as well!
