Everything!!! ! The hotel is wonderful and incredibly comfortable. We wanted to explore this part of Tuscany and we were not wrong with the location - there are beautiful towns within a short distance, and the place where the hotel is located is beautiful. We were delighted by the accessibility of the staff, and I would especially like to praise the girls who served us breakfast, they were incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and tasty ingredients. The warm atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff and the really nice ambience meant that we will definitely come back here.

The geographical location of the apartment is key: just minutes walk away from the historical centre and for that reason surrounded by full quiet, day and night, also in a very nice and restful garden. The apartment is lovely and very well located, but the highlight of our experience was the owner of the place, Karyna. I had a personal situation for which I needed help and she went above and beyond to help me out. I’ll be forever grateful for how nice she was with us. I would 100% recommend it!
