The building is brand new and equipped to the highest standards. The rooftop terrace is fantastic- a 360 degree view on the lake panorama. The staff is without exception welcoming, attentive and kind. Spacious and free parking. The hotel is just across the street from the boat lines leaving for the islands.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I would rate it a solid 10 out of 10. The room I stayed in was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean and well-maintained. The design and decor were modern and stylish, creating a cozy atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. Waking up to the scenic beauty outside my window was truly a delight. The view added an extra layer of charm to my overall experience. The hotel's amenities and services were also top-notch. From the delicious meals at the on-site restaurant to the efficient room service, every aspect of my stay was well taken care of. In summary, I can recommend this hotel enough. Nice boutique hotel with just 12 rooms. It is bang on the lake promenade and the location couldn't be better . we were shown to our room quickly even though we arrived early. Neat well laid out approaches, polite staff . The room was like a suit with a nice large sitting room small balcony and attached kitchenette. The breakfast was decent and well served. We were vegetarians so the hotel too some special care to provide us with extra fruits, cheese etc. surely we will come back to this hotel again.

the location was excellent. close to main shopping and the lake The breakfast was nice but it could of had a little more variety The daughter of the owner, who helped with check in and check out was amazing. went way above what was expected. Even allowing me to use her phone to call outside of Italy to help with an enquiry I needed to sort out re our vacation.

There was a really nice broadwalk down next the beach, lot...

There was a really nice broadwalk down next the beach, lot of restaruants, but there were not too many tourists as in bigger places e.g. like Stresa, so it was really good for the evening. During the day it was a prefect location to visit anything in the area by car.

Feriolo is on the shore of the beautiful Lago Maggiore and...

Feriolo is on the shore of the beautiful Lago Maggiore and surrounded by magnificent mountains, It has several very good restaurants and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. There are places of interest within easy driving distances including beautiful botanic gardens and the town of Stresa and boat trips to several interesting islands. The village and surroundings are hilly, parking is restrictive and in these respects may not be suitable for the very elderly and infirm.
