From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed into an impeccably clean, beautifully maintained space that exudes charm and comfort. Once a historical convent, it has been sympathetically and tastefully renovated, striking the perfect balance between old-world elegance and modern convenience. Every detail speaks of care and quality. Crisp, fresh, white cotton linen is everywhere—on the beds, in the bathrooms, and even in the dining areas. The towels are luxuriously soft, with extra ones thoughtfully offered for the swimming pool. The orangery dining area is absolutely immaculate, with the softest napkins I have ever experienced—an understated yet beautiful touch that makes each meal feel special. The gardens are a work of art—manicured, refined, and enhanced by perfect lighting that makes evenings here magical. Each room feels special, with thoughtful design touches and a unique character. Ground-floor rooms open directly onto the gardens or swimming pool area, adding a sense of privacy and connection to the outdoors. The facilities are accessible to everyone, including guests with disabilities, which makes the property truly inclusive. Breakfast is nothing short of excellent—fresh, varied, and served with care. The hospitable staff make you feel like a valued guest rather than just a visitor, always ready with helpful recommendations and warm conversation. Villa Roncuzzi is also brilliantly located: close to motorways, the Adriatic coast, and well-positioned for exploring Ravenna and beyond. We had a wonderful stay thanks to the amazing owners that run the hotel and restaurant in a kind and joyful way. Such a pleasure to be their guests, you really feel very well looked after. The room was very comfortable with all functioning amenities. The restaurant is beautifully decorated in a traditional elegant style. Breakfast was superb with delicious local products. We loved our first night dinner there with a great choice of both pizza and local dishes. Free parking outside.

Everything is great! I came for the F1 in Imola and I am really happy to have stayed here. Walter is a great host and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The room was newly renovated and has everything you need. Super clean. Location is also good, there is a good pizza place just next to it.

Everything was perfect!!!! The house is big, very clean ,located in a quiet environment and has everything you may need. The appartment has a big terrace giving to the sittingroom which is a plus too. It is only 10 minutes driving from downtown and you can park easily in front of the house. Loredana is a great host who treated us very warmly. Thank you very much for everything!!! I highly recommend the place.

Francesco was a very kind and helpful host, he gave us many tipps for sightseeing and restaurants. The room was spacious, modern and comfy, the area in which the B&B is located is very quiet. Parking was not a problem, we could park our car in the next street free of charge. The breakfast was very good, especially the coffee Thank you Francesco, we will come again!
