We liked everything. The host is the most caring I've ever seen. The house was wonderful, all new and clean. The kitchen was packed with food from their farm, there was everything we needed and even more. Also there were a lot of small nice things, like package of wonderful local cosmetics, welcome letter in Lithuanian language!!!, package of Halloween candies for a kid - all those small things that made our stay exceptional!

The vacation at the agriturismo was the dream and I realized how unique this place is the more people I told about it who immediately got jealous of my vacation :) The location is so peaceful and you can stroll around a huge area with olive, apple, peach and much more trees which lets you calm down deeply. On top of that, you can have the chance to join some activities with Viviana and dive fully into the farm life. We had an excellent and authentic dinner with her, where she cooked the best ragout we have ever tried. Retrospectively, we should have done that always as it is better than going to restaurants and probably also cheaper! So try it out :) Last but not least, the breakfast is a bomb. Not only for your belly, but also for your heart. Viviana prepared something different everyday and even asked us if we prefered something salty or sweet in the beginning of our stay. Finally, the cappuccino still accompanies me in my sweetest dreams... We are just super greatful of this experience, and I am sure both of us will remember this experience still in 20 years or so, as it was full of love and happiness. If you look for something authentic coupled with a lovely host, then this is your place to go.

This was the best accommodation for our trip. Absolutely gorgeous. Extremely clean and well located. Every little thing is thought about. Really comfortable beds. Breakfast items. Coffee. Clothes washing detergent. Toiletries. It's very warm and the best part is the view! The owner is really kind. I would love to return.

Fabulous little apartment, in great quiet location of the very interesting, attractive town of Peccioli. The apartment has a lovely view looking north west towards Pisa, with a floor-to-ceiling open window / door where you can sit and watch the swifts diving about the church tower opposite (in the summer of course). Giorgio the owner met us and despite not speaking English or us not speaking Italian, he explained everything we needed to know easily, and in a super friendly welcoming way. The apartment has several nice touches - iPad for Spotify music, Alexa to control the lights, a selection of wines to purchase on a wine rack on the wall, a bar of chocolate, some Italian sweets, toiletries and a Lavazzo coffee pod machine with plenty of pods that lasted all week. Despite there being a sofa bed, the bed was extremely comfortable and my partner and I slept well. There was no noise outside, the air conditioning worked well and was so quiet you couldn't hear it at all. All in all, a fabulous little place in the heart of Peccioli, a Tuscan village that is trying to make its mark through its outdoor contemporary art, progressive mayor, innovative electric car transport scheme and most of all, very friendly local people who made us feel very welcome - especially Giorgio. Thanks Giorgio!

This might be the very first review I’ve ever left on Booking, even though I’ve been a member forever and travel a lot. So why now?     Ghizzano is a very pretty, colourful, quiet little town/...

    Ghizzano is a very pretty, colourful, quiet little town/village, I would recommend staying there for maybe one or two nights if passing through so you can see the local houses, little shop etc. I'm pleased that we went as it was a bit of Tuscan life. Make sure you have your own transport though. Taxi's are hard to come by, no trains and extremely little bus service morning and late afternoon.
