During our recent visit to Siena, we were fortunate enough to discover Precise House Montaperti, a true hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, the staff, particularly the gentleman who checked us in, extended a warm welcome and demonstrated a genuine passion for hospitality. His invaluable local knowledge and the thoughtfully prepared map with suggested destinations enriched our exploration of the area. Our room exceeded expectations with its generous size and impeccable cleanliness. Perfect location with uniquely Tuscan view from the outdoor seated area. You know you're arriving somewhere special when you turn off the road and drive up the cypress lined track with billows of white dust in your rear view mirror. Staff were both friendly and highly professional. Restaurant was excellent, if a little pricey. Breakfast room and food were exceptional.

Really nice staff. In apartment is plenty of welcome drinks and some food for quick snack or small breakfast. Beautiful location with a view on the tuscany hills. Nice pool area. In town is a small shop where you can get almost everything. We loved everything about this place. Would love to stay longer and chill on the terrace or explore surrounding with our bikes.

What an amazing stay at Paola! You feel like home since you put you foot into the apartment. Paola was very helpful and welcoming, and the room was cozy with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing time in the Chianti area. The breakfast was very well organized, I can see that Paola puts a lot of passion into her job! The view from the bed room/living room is just awesome!

The location is amazing, the swimming pool with its panoramic view was fantastic, and the rustic vibe of the property was exactly what we needed to relax. There’s a full kitchen and fridge at your disposal, so you can cook meals or enjoy your own food and drinks. It really feels more like renting a home than just staying in accommodation. Our host, Yelena, was wonderful, very accommodating and flexible with our requests. The rooms and bathrooms are beautiful, and the views all around the property are the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommended! We would definitely come back if we are in the area.

    It is a quiet village set in lovely countryside and just twenty minutes drive from car parks for Siena centre or twenty minutes to the Siena Carrefour supermarket. The area is a great base to access numerous medieval hilltowns. We had relaxed trips to fabulous towns in Tuscany and in Umbria. And also to parks and vineyards. Mostly we would decide at breakfast each morning where we wanted to drive from Guistrigona that day. We ate breakfast before leaving, and dined in Siena or in the hilltowns we visited, making sure to try the local wine - such as Vernaccia in San Gimignano. We ate at small local bars as well as at more fancy restaurants and making sure to try some of the local dishes such as Pici con funghi. And the chickpea soup. A car is likely essential if your are based here. And then the options are numerous.
