Everything. Staff were very attentive, location was amazing, pool was great, food was delicious and we had the best sunset of our life. Suite was huge and to top it off their wine and oil produced on site was marvellous.

Staying at Villa Il Poggiale Dimora Storica was like stepping back in time. The villa, with its 600-year-old history, is an incredibly charming. The service was exceptional. The staff were not only friendly and welcoming but also very knowledgeable about the villa's history and the local area. The surroundings of the villa are simply stunning. Nestled in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, the views from the property are breathtaking. The well-maintained gardens and serene atmosphere provided a perfect environment for vacation.

Booked a dinner and 2 nights here. It was a surprise for my girlfriend and staff helped me with arranging a special night. Beautiful stay at an amazing location. All the staff is very friendly and food / breakfast is really good. Highly recommend this place!

It had everything we needed. I loved the bathroom, the bed is very wide and comfortable,the kitchen is good equiped, a balcony where you can drink your morning coffee. The host is very nice and helpful.

Quaint little village with two good restaurants with 1min. Quiet (church bells in the morning) and picturesque. Good launch point to various locations to visit in Chianti. Parking is nearby, abundant, and free. The host was excellent. He helped us with bringing our bags upstairs from the car, did a full walkthrough of the place and stuck around for an hour in the shop downstairs just to make sure everything was ok. When we needed some assistance with turning on the water heater a couple hours later, he guided us over the phone successfully, but still came back in person just to make sure everything was ok. The morning after the first night, we discovered our car wouldn't start. The parking garage attendant in our previous accommodation in Florence had changed our headlight settings from auto to manual and we didn't realise he had changed the settings and so parked our car leaving the lights on the whole night. So flat battery the next morning. We called our host and though it was a long weekend, and he was out with family, he came by in 20min to help us jump start our car. Kind and helpful the whole three nights we stayed. The house itself was big. One full bathroom and one ensuite toilet. Fully equipped kitchen and ample heating for the whole house.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Italy. The guy at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. There’s free public parking available on the street opposite the hotel, as well as paid, secure private parking (also on the street, uncovered). The location is peaceful, with plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a Coop supermarket 7 minutes walk away.
