They were amazing and the communication was exceptional. We were running late, as is usual for Italian train service, and with a quick email and text thru booking, they let us know that they would wait for us at the office! Nice, clean, great value, and amazing breakfast!

First I would say that for this price this place is highly above average. I have stayed in the past in more expensive places and they were way worse. The beds were comfortable. We liked the decorations. We also appreciated the welcome cake. There was enough cutlery, glasses and pans so we could prepare some food. We enjoyed a big fridge and air-conditioning. I was really surprised by a good security door. The place then looked a bit like a fortress 😁. I personally liked a washing machine with some detergent on it. We also liked the cooking oil that was there, since it helped us to make some food after arrival. I also liked the location and that we could park our car (for a city fee) right in front of the entrance. Lastly I don't know if the electrical sockets are like this in the whole of Italy, but the good news is, that our European type plugs (Czechia, Slovakia) for phone chargers and laptop chargers with ground worked fine.

    Great location, very quiet and safe, and the neighbours were very friendly too. All facilities were good and heating/hot water system very effective and straightforward (we stayed in November. Enjoyed lovely time on nearby beach, and easy access to Ravenna for tour of incredible historic sites. La Trattoria restaurant, a 12 minute drive away on Via Marabina, near the village of Porto Fuori, was a perfect cosy place for a lovely meal out with friends.

    Very good location near Ravenna, at the seaside, public beach with space enough, parking, restaurants, supermarket, appartment with two bedrooms had everything we needed, well equipped kitchen, bathroom with hairdryer, we could use a washing machines in the lower floor of the house, the host was always very helpful.

    We never find the place. Could you email the host never respond? The phone was off. We arrived in the city late due to the flight delay. We had to sleep in the car. The host did not respond the next day, either. We have to use a different hotel. Very disappointing.

    The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and the room cleaning service was excellent. The hotel itself is just okay, nothing special, but the price is fair for this level. Overall, I have no complaints and I’m happy with my stay.
