Hotel Tirreno was superb and it exceeded our expectations. At breakfast there was a great selection of choices including hot and cold options, fresh fruit etc. The pool was fantastic but there was also a free shuttle to and from the beach with free beach chairs and umbrellas. Free shuttle at night to and from Tropea and free shuttle to and from either Parghelia or Tropea train station at check in or checkout. The hotel can organise private transfers at very reasonable prices. Wonderful, friendly staff who always went out of their way to assist.

Best breakfast ever, prepared by the most kind and lovely woman. Best service ever, the staff pays the utmost attention to all your needs. Best location ever, right in the center of the city.
