It was perfect! We couldn't have asked for more. Having been to Sardinia a few times now, I tell you that it's extremely rare that you'll come across such a nice property (at this price point). The location is 30 minutes away from the main beaches in the southwest and from Cagliari. The property is very well equipped with everything you need : cutlery, cookery, salt pepper, oil , kitchen towels, dishwasher & washing machine (not like other places we've been where you need to buy literally everything). The mattress was extremely comfortable (if you've been to Sardinia before, you might know the struggle to find a good bed to sleep in - this is perfect, and I'm a very picky person); there is AC in every room , everything is clean and modern. You have full privacy in the patio and access to a barbecue and outside shower & sink (we didn't make use of these, but there are there for you). If you are looking for a quiet place (no noisy neighbours), this is the place to go - although the main bedroom window faces the street and you can hear cars passing by, it's not noisy as it's not a main road and not very busy (again, I'm very sensitive to noises and it didn't bothered me at all). The host is lovely, very welcoming, and friendly; she even landed us her beach umbrella as we didn't want to buy one just for 3 days we were there - which made such a big difference for us. Also, she made sure we had some cold water in the fridge when we arrived, as well as some beverages (juice & beer) ... this is such a nice gesture, and it goes to show they care. I highly recommend this place , it ticked all the boxes for us , 100% we'll be coming back here next time.

In terms of accommodating people, I would rank this accommodation among the top in terms of hospitality. A home away from home, if you will. It was a pleasure to spend a portion of our vacation here, and the owners Anna and Antonello could not have been more helpful. The main bedroom's balcony has a stunning view, and the rest of the facilities are excellent. Although the location may seem remote at first, we found that it actually put us within a short driving distance of Cagliari, the main airport, and a wide variety of stunning Sardinian beaches. The owner, Anna, puts a lot of thought and care into the breakfast she serves each morning, so guests can expect a delicious meal. Antonello, her spouse, shares her dedication to unparalleled hospitality.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and a lovely choice of food for breakfast, couldn't really ask for anything more! I had to stay in the hotel twice as my flights got cancelled and they were very accommodating and l really appreciated it.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this bed and breakfast, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Andrea, the host, made us feel incredibly welcome. His attention to detail and constant care, offering a variety of food, drinks, and snacks, ensured we were comfortable and well-fed throughout our stay. One aspect that must be highlighted is the sheer beauty of this place, which the pictures simply don't do justice. The elegant décor, cozy ambience, and pristine surroundings combine to create an experience that is both luxurious and homely. The location is nothing short of spectacular – you are quite literally living on the beach. Waking up to the soothing sound of waves and the tranquil views of the sea was a daily delight. This idyllic setting, coupled with the B&B's charm, makes it a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This delightful haven in Cagliari has now become our new favorite place, and we are eagerly anticipating our return.
