The hotel is beautiful with its fantastic Tuscany view. The breakfast is also great, and we had the most amazing dinner at the restaurant. Service from the staff is also excellent. Definitely would recommend this hotel and must try Orvieto wine, it is very good!

The place has been recently open. Every detail has been deeply studied and the result is an excellent experience. Really a special place! Also the breakfast was excellent with option gluten free. The personnel is exceptionally gentle, the perception is that they are proud of working there, which is a clear signal of the attention paid to the wellbeing starting from the staff.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—always smiling and available. The spa team were true professionals; we had an incredible massage. At the restaurant, they accommodated every special request without hesitation. The receptionists did their absolute best to ensure our satisfaction. The location was perfect, an easy walk to all the important spots. But my favorite part of the stay was the excellent service from the staff. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I needed ice for an injury and they found some immediately. I left very early in the morning, and even though there is a process to check out the night before and leave your key, the staff came in to turn on the elevator for me because it was difficult for me to walk down the stairs. There were kind and helpful.

Great location in the middle of the town. We had a room on the 5th floor with a wonderful terrace and a view of the town and the valley below. Staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us the tips on what to see which was invaluable. We parked in the square right next to the hotel because it was non-market day. Room had Aircon Would book again.
