Very clean. Convienent and quiet location. Close to everything but set back off piazza s francesco enough that there is not a noise problem in the room. Host was very responsive and dropped off a phone charger for me even tho it was no obligation to do so

The apartment was fantastic and new, very very clean, the beds are comfortable, the wifi works great, and the location is perfect; it's in the center of the city, with everything nearby. It's within walking distance from the train station, and parking is nearby. The owner was very available and kind, and she was very helpful in everything. I would definitely stay again next time in Arezzo

Our hostess, Sonja, and her entire staff were super helpful. When we had trouble navigating the streets to their location, Sonja came and picked us up at the municipal plaza, and one of her staff members parked our car in a more accessible parking lot. Although the staff did not speak English (Sonja does) they ministered to our every need using Google translate. The B&B is beautifully decorated with all modern features.
