It was one of the best places I’ve stayed. Breakfast was great, all sorts of pastries, eggs, bread, meat and cheese. Staff was helpful and all the queries were done in minutes. The view from the window is fantastic. I have got a birthday decoration in my room and the next day at the breakfast a member of staff brought a cupcake with a candle. This was an absolute surprise and I didn’t inform hotel about my birthday stay.

Very friendly and helpful personel, nice room, big and comfortable bed, clean bathroom, breakfast included in the price.. Some restaurants and shops close by. Hotel has a parking which is a huge plus if you come by car. Around Garda it's not easy to park, as the space is limited.

Contact with reception was without any problem. All instructions how to come and check in hotel were clearly. Hotel was in calm area and close to the city centre. Addictionaly around hotel were many places to park a car. In room everything was comfortable and clean and breakfact were with many options so everybody could find something for each other.

We stayed 6 nights. A nice and very comfortable family run hotel. Excellent location to explore the area on foot including evening dining or go to the nearby parks and the lake area by car, plenty of parking spaces, diverse very good breakfast, and a nice pool as an unexpected bonus - all being very affordable as compared to other options in the area.

    Easily reached from Verona and an interesting place with...

    Easily reached from Verona and an interesting place with it's massive Venetian style defensive walls. It has a couple of pretty areas, but there isn't a lot else of historic interest here. Plenty of nice places to eat though, with Osteria Rivelin and Amici Miei Tipicoteca the standouts that we tried. From here you can use the ferries and buses to go elsewhere quite easily - as long as you are relaxed about bus timetables. Theme parks Gardaland and Movieland are pretty close by as well, for the kids. Finally, the people are lovely and friendly everywhere.

    Peschiera is a lively town at the edge of Lake Garda.

    Peschiera is a lively town at the edge of Lake Garda. It has lots of shops, bars and restaurants. It offers easy access to boat trips, walks and cycle-paths, as well as other lakeside towns. It is ideal for trips further afield as the express trains stop here, allowing day-trip access to Brescia, Verona, Milan and Venice

    Peschiera was beautiful, the train was 3.50 euros return...

    Peschiera was beautiful, the train was 3.50 euros return from Bella Italia hotel into Peschiera and a time table is provided. The boat trips and ferry trips are very easy to access to visit other towns. We used the bus twice which always ran about half an hour late but still turned up. The staff on reception were also very helpful and organised a taxi for us. Also the staff in the La Chandra were lovely and the food was delicious.

    I have the impression that the town has lost so many of its...

    I have the impression that the town has lost so many of its services - supermarkets, fruit and veg shops, delis - and the permanent citizens of Peschiera have put their efforts into restaurants, bars and shops. It is a very pretty town but I feel it is not a real town but a tourist town. In high season the ferries are frequent to visit towns around the lake. The bus service in the area functions but is crowded due to the huge number of tourists.

    Very easy to get around & family friendly.

    Very easy to get around & family friendly. Loved walking around the lake in early morning. We went in June, it was hot and there were lots of tourists. I would recommend going off season if you're looking for something a bit more intimate and cooler weather. Trampoline near lake was fun for all, rented a boat and drove around the lake, took the ferry to Sirmione for a spa treatment and dinner, went on a 1/2 day bike tour a along the river, which all of us throughly enjoyed and will remember (2 in early 70s, a 50 year old and 15 year old).

    Towns keeps the vibe of Garda lake very well, a lot of restaurants and lovely architecture. It is easy to get around and as all places has easy ferry connection to other locations. Big plus for proximity of gardaland and viva safari park - I highly recommend this one, best value for the money so far but book at least half a day and bring good shoes as it is quite a hike.

    This accommodation has plenty of space and in the centre of the walled old town area of Peschiera Del Garda. Roberta was lovely and gave us a great welcome. Everything you need for an amazing time by the lake! Close to the port where you can visit all the other towns by ferry and close to the train station too. We didn’t get time in the end but Roberta also has a bike rental shop in the town so you can also rent bikes from her and ride on the nice cycle paths near by. Great stay and can’t fault anything really. Thank you Roberta! Ciao :)

    Conveniently located within the centre of Peschiera, 15 min walk to the train station and 5 minutes from the nearest beach. The apartament is close to the main centre yet peacefully located in the safe and gated community on beautiful grounds. In the apartament, you will have everything you need for a comfortable stay- we especially enjoyed our evening meal on the balcony. The host is also very welcoming- thank you for a lovely stay.

    Very nice place, small and cosy, cleanliness was spot on, no commotion whatsoever. The best part for us was the great view of the lake and mountain chain that opened up from our window, which was the main reason we chose this particular hotel. This is ideal for those who look for a suitably priced place to have while trying to enjoy the city. Would definitely recommend and would definitely come back.
