The staff were exceptional, they are wonderfully considerate and very attentive. Many staff were also charming and genuine in their interactions with guests. The housekeeper was fantastic, what a delightful and endearing lady, like wise many of the restaurant staff added to the overall guest experience. Many of the guests had been visiting this hotel for years. All the guests we met were lovely people. There is a real loyalty towards this hotel from historic guests. We met one gentleman from Switzerland who has been visiting for 45 years. Most of the guests we met have been here several times. This is a true testament to the hotel, staff and management. Of course there is the location, fine food to mention but for us the highlight was the people.

Excellent location. Handy (<100m) to ferry, train and bus. Many restaurants close by. Nice breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. We needed a late check in which was accommodated without fuss. Good lake view from the front rooms and it has a lift. It's summer so it was pretty hot on the balcony but the air-conditioning worked well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I would rate it a solid 10 out of 10. First and foremost, the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Their professionalism and friendliness made me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met during my stay, and their attention to detail was truly remarkable. The room I stayed in was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean and well-maintained. The design and decor were modern and stylish, creating a cozy atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. Waking up to the scenic beauty outside my window was truly a delight. The view added an extra layer of charm to my overall experience. The hotel's amenities and services were also top-notch. From the delicious meals at the on-site restaurant to the efficient room service, every aspect of my stay was well taken care of. In summary, I can recommend this hotel enough. The exceptional service, combined with the stunning view from my room, made my stay truly memorable. I look forward to returning in the future. Laveno was a very good choice for visiting Lake Maggiore: it’s peaceful and very convenient to discover the islands by boat. The decoration and the facilities of the hotel were very fine. Especially the food was delicious.

We are pleased to say, that was a wonderful experience in the Hotel! The place was beautiful and gardens were fantastic!! The staff was friendly and the waitress Laura is one of the best we ever had!! The quality of the food was excellent and we bought olive oil and wine back home. We will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone that wants to visit Lago Maggiore!!
