The place was quiet and comfy as expected. The host was really kind and welcoming, she explained us everything which were needed for us during our trip. Some coffee was provided gracefully, which was unexpected ! The space is clearly sufficient and well managed. The air conditionner placed in the bedroom is quiet, even when working. Perfect to stay at the right temperature during hot nights. The bathroom is big enough to keep dedicated stuff into the place without any problem. It is also very functionnal, even if the hot water was sometimes a bit hard to manage into the shower. The kitchen is totally functionnal, with several furnitures and all the kitchen ustensils you need. The best location we had during our trip in Sardina, by far.

Amazing staff — incredibly helpful, kind, and always ready to go the extra mile! The room was spotless and very comfortable. The location was perfect: close to great restaurants and the harbor in Porto Rotondo, yet peaceful and quiet for a restful night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety, and the amazing staff were always there to help with anything I needed. I really appreciated the attention to detail throughout my stay — it made the whole experience feel truly special. The pool area was a highlight too, with a semi-jacuzzi and super comfy pool chairs — perfect for relaxing!

Everything was great. For the staff, we always talked to a woman who seemed to be the owner, but she was very kind and looked for pleasesing. The location is great. Olbia may not be that famous as city, but I really loved all the restaurants around the hotel, in a cute city. The parking lot is right one block from it, which is also great. The room was very confortable too, so I have only good things to talk about this place

The location was amazing. Not too far from sights and also not directly in the hustle bustle so quiet streets. The reception staff were all amazing and helpful. the breakfast was an intimate display of delicacies and all very tasty.Especially the coffees, a special thank you to the kitchen staff lady as she was very professional and helpful and kind. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place and a wonderful hotel! The food at the restaurant is truly spectacular — much better than eating out at other places in the area. The atmosphere caters more to an older crowd looking to relax, so I wouldn’t recommend it for younger people seeking nightlife or excitement. It’s a very local and quiet area — perfect for unwinding.

The hotel is located right in the old city center and it is a very good choice to visit Olbia. Also, the airport is 6 - 7 minutes by car. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast is served from 7:15 am but, if your flight is early in the morning, you have access to the breakfast area to serve a coffee, fruits or some bread with finetti.

    The hotel is great. Even though the rooms are small, they are enough. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is nice. Cleanliness is perfect. The food (we had half board) is nice, always have fish and meat, various soups and desserts. You can also ask for a special menu in case of intolerance or allergy.

    The garden is very beautiful, the view is gorgeous. The beach near the hotel is very good and the hotel is near excellent beaches that you can reach by car. The staff is nice and the pool is good!
