An exceptional hotel located just outside Cortina in the heart of the Dolomites. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The front desk is staffed 24/7, and complimentary valet parking—including overnight EV charging—was a thoughtful touch. Each morning, our car was promptly ready at the exact time requested, even before sunrise. The staff consistently went above and beyond, including preparing breakfast-to-go when we had early starts. The rooms were elegant, comfortable, and offered stunning views. And without question—the best Negroni in town, maybe even in 🇮🇹.

Everything was top notch in quality and service! The staff take great care in every detail and it shows! Everyone is very friendly. Nora's breakfast was a feast that kept on coming! The common room was a nice place to play a game of cards and visit in the evening. The spa had so much to offer and we appreciate limiting the attendance so it did not become too crowded.

Our room is very spacious, including a balcony, clean and well equipped. Though most furniture are made of wood, they are incredibly well maintained and functioning, and even better than the ones in most modern hotels I have stayed in. The towels were thick and comfy. The restaurant connected with the hotel was awesome. We stayed there during low season and everywhere was tranquil.
