We loved this hotel. The room was beautiful, comfortable and so clean. Continental breakfast was delicious. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Late self check in was very easy and someone was at the reception desk the next morning and was so helpful. Housekeeping were excellent and would service the room whilst we were at breakfast and the chap who prepared and served breakfast single handed was great. Even preparing a tray for me have in my room when I wasn’t feeling well one morning. The location is excellent and Parma is a lovely place to visit

Very comfortable hotel with clean, spacious rooms. They had a minibar, TV, and a lovely balcony. We arrived by car and had a spot in the garage to park safely indoors. The best part of the hotel was definitely the breakfast—not a huge buffet, but excellent. There were lots of delicious options, and you could order cappuccinos, coffee, etc., prepared professionally."

place was great ! just outside the train station but a bit too far to the main piazza. should have mentioned parking is extra and we had dinner at the hotel the first night which was very good and breakfast was great!! book your tour to see la perla parma prosciutto was a great experience and parma cheese tour

Luxury hotel, in a superb old palace. Big rooms, clean, very helpful stuff. 15-20 minutes walk from all the sites, parking inside, don't have to worry about ZTL zone(restricted areas). Nice breakfast in a beautiful restaurant. Very good price for 5star hotel.

The first thing is the cleaniless of the place in all part of the hotel and the room. Shining. Second the hall is very big and with cosy atmosphere with a lot of corner to seat and relax. The room was very big, nicely furnished with a lot of attention to details. Everything needed was provided. Water and chocolates offered. Parking space for free. The breakfast was also very good.
