it was unforgettable. the hotel exceeded all our expectations. Of course, you always expect the highest quality from Radisson. But this is simply top class. Let's start with the fact that the hotel is completely new. modern furniture and lighting. comfortable wide beds and bright bathrooms. stunning views from the hotel. you can see a few tens of meters away the roof of the Pantheon, and on the other side the Vito Emmanuel memorial. all locations - the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the Forum and many many other points within walking distance. I would especially like to mention the hotel staff. Everyone is beautiful and polite and happy to try to make our holiday unforgettable. Thanks to everyone and especially, of course, Sorayya from the reception. thanks to Sorayya and others! I will be happy to return there many more times.

The hotel is close to many sightseeing spots, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The breakfast on the terrace is delicious with a variety of options. Our room was spotless and quiet; housekeeping did an excellent job. A heartfelt thank you to Alessandra at the reception. We arrived in Rome to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and Alessandra provided excellent restaurant recommendations and arranged a special greeting for my daughter at breakfast, which was a delightful surprise. When we returned to the hotel late in the evening, Alessandra was the first to ask, "How did your birthday celebration go along?" On our last day, we left our luggage at reception to spend a few final hours in the city. We miscalculated the time, got caught in traffic, and had to run across the city center to pick our suitcases on the way to the train station. When we finally reached the hotel, exhausted and desperate, the lady at reception (whose name we didn't catch) offered us water, called a taxi, and literally saved us. Thanks to her quick assistance, we made it to our train just in time. All in all, it's 10 out of 10 to the staff. The kindness and attention of the hotel's staff created a very special atmosphere, making us feel noticed, welcomed, and cared for.

There is a lot to see and do in Rome, but over tourism is a real problem. The size of the crowds and lines to get into major sites sucks a lot of enjoyment out of the trip. Fortunately, there are some sites that are less visited but are just as spectacular as the most popular ones. Mass transit in Rome is really easy and convenient to use, but definitely try to avoid using it during rush hour, because the buses and trains will be packed. I felt that the variety of cuisines in Rome was really low. It felt like the only choices one has are pizza or pasta.

Rome is an incredible city, full of history, culture, and exciting experiences. There are plenty of lovely cafés, and most people are very friendly and helpful. We were also lucky with the weather, which made our stay even better. The only negative aspect was the traffic. Drivers and motorcyclists show very little respect for pedestrians. This was surprising — in other Italian cities, pedestrians are generally treated with more respect and can cross the street calmly, even at unregulated crossings. All in all, Rome is definitely worth visiting, but you should be extra cautious when crossing the streets.

Rome is extremely busy. Any sites you want to see make sure you pre-book with a tour (skip the line tours). The Metro is efficient for getting around especially with its Tap In with a credit card. The wait at the Vatican Museum and Colosseum can be up to 3 hours, book a tour.

It's fun to walk around Rome. The locals are welcoming. The coffee is great and available everywhere and at a reasonable price. Restaurants close to the sites are more expensive and it's worth walking a little further to get fair prices. We weren't in peak season and there were still a lot of tourists. The popular tourist sites are very busy and you have to buy tickets in advance.

On arrival we were met by the friendly staff, even though this was at 11.00 at night. Unfortunately, the next day I fell in Rome and fractured my hip and was hospitalized for five days. The manager of the hotel Martin worked with my family to secure them a room, even tho they were completely full. We stayed an extra 3 days and he worked with us on the price of the room. They supplied us me with a wheel chair to be able to get around. I would definitely recommend this hotel, if in Rome again I will definitely be staying again.

Residenza Maritti is a marvelous hotel. I have stayed here perhaps 20 times in the last 7 years or so, whilst living in Italy. It is quite simply one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at. The location is nothing short of spectacular; the staff and owners very kind and helpful; the rooms full of character and history as well as being spotlessly clean; the rooftop terrace has breathtaking views of ancient Rome. When I come to Rome, I always stay at Residenza Maritti. It is a wonderful place to enjoy the Eternal City from.

The location of the hotel was perfect away from the Busy centre of Rome but well within walking distance, close by the Vatican City which was beautiful to walk past daily on our stay. The hotel staff were very accommodating especially at breakfast as we had a nut allergy they went through what to avoid in case of contamination. The reception staff were great, helpful with directions and suggestions, and made my first trip to Italy very pleasant. I would stay again if I returned to Rome.

It was the best hotel we stayed in throughout Italy. Hotel Everest Inn - Rome was the best compared to our hotels in Milan, Florence and Naples. The room was a great size for 2 people, bright and clean including the bathroom. The staff at reception, including Ivan were very helpful and friendly and also allowed us to freshen up after we checked out and had to come back for our luggage. We also had free coffee and croissants in the morning. We definately would book this hotel again.

This guesthouse was one of the best places I stayed in during my trip to Italy. The hosts were very kind and responsive. The guesthouse is located a few minutes from the Vatican and it is also close to the subway so you can easily access other sites within Rome from here. There are also some very nice restaurants nearby. The guesthouse was very clean and tastefully decorated. They had. kettle, tea and a coffee machine in the room. I would high recommend it.

Location was pretty central and there are lots of places to eat around it. Wish we had stayed here more than one night as it was the best room we stayed in on our trip around Italy.
